TACRAO Subscriber = Non-Texas Higher Education Institution (typically an out-of-state, out-of-area institution)
Subscriber institutions pay an additional fee to gain access to the TACRAO College Day/Night Schedule found in the members' section of the TACRAO website.
A 2-year or 4-year Texas public or private institution that is a member of TACRAO.
A 2-year or 4-year institution, military service branch, or other college access partner that has subscribed to the TACRAO College Day Night Schedule on tacrao.org.
